Leadership, Presence, Results Sara Canady Leadership, Presence, Results A rare blend of analytical entrepreneur and perceptive warmth, Sara Canaday has a unique gift for helping high-potential professionals achieve their best. Sara began her journey working full-time while earning an MBA. As she climbed the ladder of corporate America, she repeatedly observed a surprising phenomenon: the most successful people weren’t necessarily the ones with the highest IQ or best job skills. She recognized, instead, that career advancement was much more closely linked to how people applied their knowledge and talents — their capacity to collaborate, communicate, and influence others. Because of this revelation early on, Sara developed an uncanny ability to pinpoint the pivotal attributes that could make or break a career, and she was able to convey that information in a compassionately candid way. Colleagues, subordinates, and superiors alike frequently approached Sara for her advice on overcoming career hurdles and developing strategies to increase their personal market value. Despite reaching an executive position in operations with a major company, Sara realized that helping others maximize their career potential was truly her life’s work. Today, Sara is happily fulfilling that commitment as a speaker , consultant, coach , author, and owner of her rapidly growing firm, Sara Canaday & Associates. Her firm has given her the opportunity to mentor and support thousands of people in diverse situations, inspiring many of them to move from insight to action with dramatic career results. Sara lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, Brandon; her daughter, Taylor; and her son, Cole. - Dan Jansen
American Speedskater, 1994 Winter Olympics Gold Medalist Dan Jansen American Speedskater, 1994 Winter Olympics Gold Medalist Dan Jansen is an iconic figure in the world of speed skating, known not only for his incredible athleticism but also for his resilience and determination in the face of adversity. By the time of the 1994 Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer, Jansen had already established himself as one of the sport's greatest competitors, with seven overall World Cup titles and seven world records to his name. However, his Olympic journey had been marked by heartbreak and disappointment. Jansen’s first Olympic appearance came in 1984, where he finished a heartbreaking fourth place in the 500m. He returned in 1988 as one of the favorites, but tragedy struck on the morning of the 500m event when his sister, Jane, passed away from leukemia. Despite the personal loss, Jansen attempted to race but fell in both the 500m and the 1,000m, leaving him empty-handed. In 1992, Jansen once again entered the Olympics as a favorite, but despite his skill, he could do no better than fourth place in the 500m and 26th in the 1,000m, further deepening his Olympic frustration. As he entered the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Jansen was the overwhelming favorite in the 500m event. However, in a cruel twist of fate, he slipped during his race and finished eighth, yet again falling short of an Olympic medal. At that point, Jansen had competed in seven Olympic events over the span of a decade without securing a single medal. But Jansen's story was far from over. His final chance for Olympic glory came in the 1,000m event, where six of his opponents had better times. Despite the odds, Jansen skated with remarkable focus and determination. He was on world-record pace when he stumbled during the penultimate turn. With incredible composure, he steadied himself and surged forward, ultimately crossing the finish line in 1:12.43, setting a new world record and winning his first-ever Olympic gold medal. Jansen’s triumph in Lillehammer was not just a victory in speed skating but a testament to the power of perseverance, turning years of heartbreak into an unforgettable moment of redemption.

- Ed "Too Tall" Jones
Former Professional Football Player Ed "Too Tall" Jones Former Professional Football Player It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how Ed “Too Tall” Jones got his nickname. Standing at a towering 6 feet 8 inches, the Jackson, Tennessee native was simply too tall for opposing linemen and quarterbacks to handle. Jones was a standout high school basketball player and was recruited to Tennessee State University, where he initially played basketball for two years. Fortunately for TSU—and eventually, the NFL—he made a life-changing decision to switch to football. His choice paid off, earning him All-American honors in both his junior and senior years. Jones gained national recognition in 1974 when the Dallas Cowboys selected him as the first overall pick in the NFL Draft. As a dominant defensive end, he spent 15 seasons with Dallas, setting a franchise record with 194 career starts before retiring at the end of the 1989 season. A key force in the Cowboys’ legendary “Doomsday Defense” of the 1970s, Jones consistently earned Defensive Player of the Week honors. He played in 20 playoff games and was selected for three consecutive Pro Bowls from 1981 to 1983, earning All-Pro honors in 1981 and 1982. His contributions helped propel the Cowboys to three Super Bowl appearances, winning Super Bowl XII in 1978 and solidifying their reputation as “America’s Team.” In 1979, Jones took a brief hiatus from football to pursue professional boxing, compiling a perfect 6-0 record before returning to the Cowboys just a year later. Beyond football, Jones has showcased his versatility in entertainment, appearing in films like Necessary Roughness and Squeeze Play, as well as guest-starring in popular TV shows such as Diff’rent Strokes and Married… with Children. He also has a passion for rhythm and blues music and enjoys hot yoga. Now retired, Jones continues to reside in Dallas, where his legacy as one of the greatest defensive players in Cowboys history remains firmly intact. PAST CLIENTS Panini Topps IMG
