Will Baggett is a keynote speaker, author, and leadership consultant who helps organizations elevate performance through leadership, communication, and soft skills development. Drawing from high-level sports operations experience, he delivers engaging keynotes and workshops that strengthen executive presence, emotional intelligence, and teamwork, empowering teams to challenge the status quo, communicate better, and lead with impact.
Will Baggett’s journey spans championship stages, classrooms, and conference halls – but his mission remains the same: helping people lead with confidence and authenticity.
A Chief of Staff with the College Football Playoff, Will has worked behind the scenes on some of the largest sporting events in the world, including the Super Bowl and Final Four.
As a Division I strength coach, Will helped develop elite athletes and future NFL Draft picks before turning his focus to leadership development and communication.
His first book, The Blueprint for a Successful Career, is taught at nationally accredited universities, and his
second book, Hues of Hope, encourages readers to step outside the lines and chart their own path.
Since 2017, Will has delivered over 300 keynotes, inspiring more than 50,000 people across diverse industries. Known for his warmth, humor, and unmatched audience interaction, Will leaves every room more energized, connected, and ready to lead forward.
