- Tony Dorsett
Heisman Winner, Super Bowl Champion, Hall of Famer, Tony Dorsett – A Legacy of Greatness On and Off the Field Tony Dorsett Heisman Winner, Super Bowl Champion, Hall of Famer, Tony Dorsett – A Legacy of Greatness On and Off the Field Anthony Drew was born to Wes and Myrtle Dorsett on April 7, 1954, in Rochester, Pennsylvania. When his parents moved to be near the Jones and Laughlin Steel Mill in Aliquippa when Tony was young, they hoped at least one of their seven children would reach beyond the town's limits. Tony was the one who did. He had visions that went beyond the steel gray hue of the Western Pennsylvania projects that he called home. While Tony was still attending Hopewell High School in Aliquippa, his coach made a wise decision to switch him from linebacker to running back. Dorsett gained 1,034 yards as a junior in high school, and his record of excellence continued unabated when he moved up a step to the University of Pittsburgh. Dorsett's record with the Panthers was legendary. He was named to an All-America team as a freshman and again as a junior and senior. Playing under Coach Johnny Majors, Dorsett became the first college back to run for 1,000 or more yards four seasons and the first to gain more than 1,500 yards for three years. His best season as a senior saw him running for 1,948 yards and 21 touchdowns. He crowned a brilliant collegiate career by being named All-American four times and winning the coveted Heisman Trophy in 1976. He is considered one of the greatest running backs in college football history. In the 1977 draft, the Dallas Cowboys were quick to select Tony in the first round. He won consensus rookie of the year honors in helping Dallas win Super Bowl XII. Tony is one of the top ten all-time leading rushers in the NFL. In 1982, Tony captured his first NFC rushing title and established an unbreakable NFL record by racing 99 yards from scrimmage for a touchdown. Tony served as team captain in '81, '82 and '84. He was voted to the Pro Bowl in '78, '81, '82 and '83. In 1981 he earned consensus All-Pro honors and was named NFC Player of the Year by UPI. In a 1979 Gallup Youth Survey of American teenagers' favorite sports personalities, Tony finished second to Roger Staubach. 1994 was a banner year for Tony. He was inducted into the prestigious Dallas Cowboys’ Ring of Honor, the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Today, Tony lives with wife Janet in the Dallas area and has three beautiful daughters and a son, Anthony, who also played in the NFL. Tony is involved in many community activities and charities in Dallas, including ALS, March of Dimes, Minnie’s Food Pantry, and the Tony Evans Ministry. Tony also supports the McGuire Memorial Foundation in Pittsburgh. Global Partnerships Strategist | International Media Executive | Cross-Border Deal Architect Richard Harding Global Partnerships Strategist | International Media Executive | Cross-Border Deal Architect Richard Harding is a global partnerships strategist and cross-border deal architect who helps organizations navigate complex decision environments where alignment, credibility, and timing determine outcomes long before formal agreements are signed. Drawing on experience structuring collaboration frameworks across the United States, Europe, Africa, and South America, he works with leaders to strengthen positioning inside layered decision networks and expand influence where progress depends on consensus rather than authority alone. Across his career, Richard has worked inside decision environments where outcomes depended on aligning institutions that did not share reporting structures, incentives, or timelines. His experience spans collaboration with studios, investors, ministries, global brands, and international distribution partners operating across four continents. The Architect of Complex Alignment Richard has spent his career building collaboration frameworks that connect global brands, investors, governments, creators, and institutions across multiple regions. His work focuses on helping initiatives move from international concepts to successful execution in the United States by aligning organizations with different priorities around a shared objective. Strategic Deal Orchestration Directed $27M in multi-national financing alignment and co-production structures involving BBC Films and National Geographic, coordinating investors, institutions, and distribution stakeholders to secure top-tier U.S. market access for titles including Hotel Rwanda and The First Grader. Global Perspective Raised in a diplomatic family across the United States, Europe, and Africa, Richard brings practical insight into how organizations reduce uncertainty and move initiatives forward inside decision ecosystems where progress rarely follows a linear path. TOPICS The Partnership Advantage Why the highest value opportunities take shape before formal negotiations begin and how top performers position themselves earlier in decision pathways than their competitors. Expanding Influence Inside Complex Organizations How professionals move initiatives forward across departments, regions, and leadership layers when authority is distributed and decisions develop across networks rather than reporting lines. Turning Relationships into Growth Engines How trusted connections become repeat opportunity pipelines that expand access, shorten decision cycles, and strengthen long-term positioning inside strategic environments. Winning Without Authority How professionals shape outcomes in environments where budgets, priorities, and timelines sit outside their control yet progress still depends on their ability to create alignment. - Dan Jansen
American Speedskater, 1994 Winter Olympics Gold Medalist Dan Jansen American Speedskater, 1994 Winter Olympics Gold Medalist Dan Jansen is an iconic figure in the world of speed skating, known not only for his incredible athleticism but also for his resilience and determination in the face of adversity. By the time of the 1994 Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer, Jansen had already established himself as one of the sport's greatest competitors, with seven overall World Cup titles and seven world records to his name. However, his Olympic journey had been marked by heartbreak and disappointment. Jansen’s first Olympic appearance came in 1984, where he finished a heartbreaking fourth place in the 500m. He returned in 1988 as one of the favorites, but tragedy struck on the morning of the 500m event when his sister, Jane, passed away from leukemia. Despite the personal loss, Jansen attempted to race but fell in both the 500m and the 1,000m, leaving him empty-handed. In 1992, Jansen once again entered the Olympics as a favorite, but despite his skill, he could do no better than fourth place in the 500m and 26th in the 1,000m, further deepening his Olympic frustration. As he entered the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Jansen was the overwhelming favorite in the 500m event. However, in a cruel twist of fate, he slipped during his race and finished eighth, yet again falling short of an Olympic medal. At that point, Jansen had competed in seven Olympic events over the span of a decade without securing a single medal. But Jansen's story was far from over. His final chance for Olympic glory came in the 1,000m event, where six of his opponents had better times. Despite the odds, Jansen skated with remarkable focus and determination. He was on world-record pace when he stumbled during the penultimate turn. With incredible composure, he steadied himself and surged forward, ultimately crossing the finish line in 1:12.43, setting a new world record and winning his first-ever Olympic gold medal. Jansen’s triumph in Lillehammer was not just a victory in speed skating but a testament to the power of perseverance, turning years of heartbreak into an unforgettable moment of redemption.
- Drew Pearson | Pro Football Hall of Fame Keynote Speaker
NFL Legend. Entrepreneur. Inspirational Speaker on Leadership, Team Building, Resilience, and Building a Winning Mindset. Drew Pearson | Pro Football Hall of Fame Keynote Speaker NFL Legend. Entrepreneur. Inspirational Speaker on Leadership, Team Building, Resilience, and Building a Winning Mindset. Drew Pearson is a Pro Football Hall of Fame wide receiver, former Dallas Cowboys captain, and one of the most sought-after keynote speakers in the country. He is also a member of multiple state and national halls of fame, further cementing his legacy as one of football’s most influential wide receivers. Known for making one of the most iconic catches in NFL history - the original Hail Mary touchdown that defined the 1975 playoffs - Pearson has spent more than four decades translating the lessons of elite competition into powerful messages for corporate events and leadership conferences nationwide. Career & Background Pearson played 11 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys (1973–1983), earning three Pro Bowl selections and cementing himself as one of the greatest wide receivers of his era. He was voted to the NFL's All-Decade Team for the 1970s and was a cornerstone of the Cowboys dynasty that defined American football for a generation. In 2021, after a decades-long wait, Pearson was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. After retiring from the NFL, Pearson channeled the same drive and discipline that made him a champion into the business world. He founded Drew Pearson Companies, growing it into one of the most successful headwear and licensed sports merchandise companies in the industry, with partnerships that included Disney, the NFL, the NBA, the NHL and major collegiate programs. His journey from active player to agent to entrepreneur to Hall of Famer is the foundation of his speaking message: that the same principles that win football games - preparation, grit, team chemistry, and the refusal to quit - win in business and in life. As A Speaker Drew Pearson’s keynote speeches are known for being high-energy and deeply personal. He draws directly from his experiences on the field, in the boardroom, and through personal adversity to connect with audiences at every level. Whether speaking to sales teams, executive leadership groups, student athletes, or corporate conferences, Pearson delivers a message that is as entertaining as it is transformational. His dynamic storytelling and authentic delivery make him one of the most booked sports keynote speakers in Texas and across the United States. SPEAKING TOPICS Leadership & Team Building Drew Pearson spent 11 seasons in one of the most demanding team environments in professional sports. In this talk, he breaks down what real leadership looks like from inside the huddle and how great teams are built through trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence. Audiences leave with a practical framework for building high-performing teams that win under pressure. High Energy Motivation From the original Hail Mary catch to building a multimillion-dollar company, Drew Pearson's life is a masterclass in showing up when it matters most. This electrifying keynote is designed to fire up any audience, whether they are sales teams, athletes, graduates, or corporate groups, with the energy and conviction that defined his Hall of Fame career. Setting & Attaining Your Goals Drew Pearson was an undrafted free agent who became a Hall of Famer. He was overlooked and written off as too small and too slow, but he turned every doubt into fuel. This talk gives audiences the mindset tools and practical strategies to set bold goals and stay relentlessly focused on achieving what others say is impossible. Branding — Building Your Identity As the founder of Drew Pearson Companies, Pearson knows firsthand how to build a brand from a name. He shares the branding lessons he learned growing his business and how to turn a personal identity into lasting market value through authenticity and differentiation. Entertaining Storytelling Few speakers can hold a room the way Drew Pearson can. This presentation blends unforgettable stories from his career, game-day moments, locker room lessons, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of America's Team, with timeless principles for communication, and connection. Inspiration & Resilience His wreck is still too painful for Drew to talk about. In 1973, 442 players were drafted—and Drew Pearson wasn’t one of them. While chasing a spot to play in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys, he spent his days loading semi-trucks and pushing through tryout sessions and workouts, building not just strength, but resilience. No spotlight—just belief and persistence which carried him all the way to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. His story proves: inspiration is born from resilience, and setbacks can be the start of something great. Entrepreneurial Mindset Drew Pearson didn't stop competing when he left the field. He took the same competitive edge that made him a champion and built a thriving business empire. This talk is for entrepreneurs and corporate leaders who want to think like a champion. Adapting to Change The NFL changes every year. Pearson applies that same principle to today's fast-changing business environment, delivering a message about why flexibility and a growth mindset are the true competitive advantages in any industry. From Setbacks to Comebacks Whether it was being undrafted, losing teammates, surviving personal tragedy, or waiting 46 years for the Hall of Fame call, Drew Pearson has turned every setback into a setup for something greater. This keynote is his most personal and powerful, a testament to perseverance that resonates with any audience that has ever faced a defining moment of adversity. - Jim Craig
“Miracle on Ice” Olympic Gold Medalist Hockey Goalie Jim Craig “Miracle on Ice” Olympic Gold Medalist Hockey Goalie Jim Craig (born May 31, 1957, North Easton, Massachusetts) is an American ice hockey goaltender best known for his role in the historic 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, New York. As a member of the U.S. hockey team, Craig helped lead the Americans to an unexpected gold medal victory in what became known as the "Miracle on Ice." The victory remains one of the most stunning upsets in Olympic history, with Craig, who started every game in goal, playing a pivotal role in the team’s success. At the start of the Olympics, the U.S. team was ranked 7th out of 12, while the Soviet Union, widely considered the best team in the world, were the overwhelming favorites. The Soviets had dominated international hockey, defeating an NHL All-Star team the previous year and thrashing the Americans 10–3 in an exhibition just days before the tournament. Between 1956 and 1992, the Soviet Union had an iron grip on the Olympic gold medal, with only the American teams of 1960 and 1980 breaking that dominance when the Winter Games were held in the U.S. Before joining the U.S. national team, Craig was an All-American goaltender at Boston University. Throughout the 1980 Olympic tournament, he played nearly every minute of every game. Craig helped the U.S. team pull off a series of surprising victories, often conceding an early goal but then shutting down opponents in the final period. In the semifinals, the Americans faced the Soviet Union, where Craig made 39 saves and weathered a relentless barrage of shots in the closing minutes. The U.S. defeated the Soviets 4–3 and went on to beat Finland 4–2 in the gold medal game. One of the most enduring images of the 1980 Games is Craig, draped in the American flag, searching the stands for his widowed father to share the victorious moment. BOOKS Gold Medal Strategies

When Not If: A CEO’s guide to Overcoming Adversity Jeff Martinovich When Not If: A CEO’s guide to Overcoming Adversity Jeff Martinovich built a billion-dollar investment firm from scratch, only to watch it collapse after being wrongly indicted. Standing firm in his beliefs, he rejected three federal plea offers and demanded a trial against the United States Government. Despite being convicted and sentenced to 14 years in a violent, 4,000-man prison, Jeff refused to give up. Ruined, broke, and desperate, he taught himself federal criminal law, represented himself in court, and successfully reversed the court’s decisions five times. He even removed two federal judges and made it home seven years earlier than expected, surviving one miracle after another. A U.S. Air Force First Gulf War veteran, Forbes Books-featured author, and writer of a #1 Amazon bestseller, Jeff now shocks and educates audiences on the trench warfare needed to survive—and thrive—through strength, resilience, and intelligence. His mission is to teach CEOs, business leaders, and entrepreneurs the hard-earned lessons he learned so that they can avoid the pitfalls he never saw coming, and better protect their companies and families from dangers they might never expect. In his keynote, Cautionary Tale: This Could Happen to You Next Tuesday , Jeff shares the harrowing journey of defending his innocence against a government system determined to destroy his life. He offers invaluable lessons from his fight for freedom and justice, warning that even the most successful leaders must be prepared for life’s unexpected “black swan” events. He emphasizes that everyone will eventually face overwhelming challenges, and by preparing now—embracing fear, risk, and resilience—leaders will be equipped to turn disadvantages into advantages when the time comes. While Jeff’s talks are both wildly entertaining and deeply personal, they are also packed with actionable lessons and insights that leaders can apply immediately, no matter their business or personal station in life.
